Please help Tianna Enow for Brain Tumor surgery

My niece Tianna-Joy is a 2 year-seven months old baby; before now, she was an adorable Princess full of hope happiness and very inspiring. She will mimic some of the words of instruction mom and dad often express to her seniors. She loves to sing and participate (at times by force or crying) in whatever was being done around the kitchen or the house.
When she was a year and two months, she started walking. As she grew up we noticed at the age of two that she was almost limping when walking (which wasn’t bad as it is now) so we decided to see an Orthopedic expert who recommended an x-ray of her waist, knee and ankle. After noticing that all was ok but a little difference around her hip due to the tilted leg, he recommended a kinesitherapy. We started that but after some months no difference. We were now advised to see a neuro-pediatrician for more studies. The pediatrician after consultation requested we do a head scan(CT scan). The results of the scan on that faithful day of January till date changed our faces. We were told she had a brain tumor. At this point, the neuro pediatrician recommended we see a neurosurgeon. We met the first and second neurosurgeons who all recommended an MRI to know the exact location of the tumor. We did the MRI scan and the results showed she had a posterior fossa brain tumor.
The neurosurgeon on seeing the position, said it was in a very dangerous position and will need a team of experts assisted by sophisticated machines to carry out the surgery. Due to the absence of some of these equipment here, he then recommended an evacuation.
The neuro surgeon in Cameroon forwarded the results to a team of doctors at Manipal hospital in lndia and after an online consultation, a proforma was sent with a surgery estimated cost of $13000 and $6000 USD estimated for Accommodation, Flight and any post surgery unforeseen.
As days go by Baby Tianna's condition becomes worse. She now creeps instead of walking and can barely sleep, eat ( most at times throws up) she barely speaks but only demonstrates through actions what she wishes for. She lives a very quiet and reserve moment which sends sharp feelings of pains to our hearts.
Our hopes now lies on God using these experts at Manipal hospital to change her situation and bring her back to her very wonderful moments.
Please help Tianna-Joy restore her balance, health and joy as it used to be.
Every donation will be profoundly appreciated, even just sharing the story or a Divine prayer for her and her family will mean a lot.
