Please help to keep Brentford’s Scouts Hut open!

Please help to keep Brentford’s last scouts hut in Willow Close open! 

The 6th Brentford Air Scouts -The Black Wolves -has been going for 100 years but unfortunately the building has become in need of repair with a leaking roof which has caused some interior damage.
A boundary wall has partly come down and needs to be made safe and due to an attempted break in some glass needs to be replaced and the fence made secure.

The charity hasn’t had any income since March 2020, but still had to pay the utilities  and insurances required. 

The Building is owned by the 6th Brentford on lease from the London Borough of Hounslow who would love to get their hands  back on it to build flats which will happen if the charity cannot manage to get the hall into a useable condition. 

The hall is greatly cherished by children and youth who attend weekly beavers/Cubs/scout sessions. It can also be used for children’s parties, dance /yoga etc. 

Please help the charity to keep it going!

We do not need more flats build in Brentford. We need places for our kids to socialise, be educated and have fun.

Children lost out on so much during this pandemic already.
