Ivy's Journey so far!

Hi, I'm Hannah Paterson.

We are in need of getting a "new" second hand 7-8 seater car so we can bring our baby girl Ivy home safely (I will have to be in back seat next to Ivy when in the car due to her being on oxygen, having a feeding tube and her having her bone conductor), Ivy is baby number 4 all of which are 4 and under.

Our current car is not suitable and requires alot of work as such we will not get enough money to buy a suitable car to get us home.

A little about baby Ivy: Ivy was born 15 weeks early at 25 weeks gestation, At just 15 days old Ivy had her first major surgery and since than has had 3 more major surgeries, we were told to prepare for the worst and expect that our baby would never come home and that Ivy was "walking on a fine line that is very brittle" Now look at us!! We are starting to talk about the H word again except she will be actually coming home with us! Due to Ivy being born so early she has and will continue to have medical needs throughout her lifetime..

Ivy is now nearly 7 months old and has never left the hospital environment and we are all looking forward to her coming home.
