Leon The Rotter has come up with emergency vet costs, as he broke both bones in his lower, right rear leg with an open wound. Immediately, the vet took a $150 deposit and it didn't take long for it to loom to ever so much more. Initially, it will cost $700.00. Then after his wound heals, more will be needed for splinting and possible surgery.  I've been without income since September 2018, due to my own recovery of a knee replacement that isn't working right. I didn't want to go to this extreme, but people urged me and we need your help, badly.
