Please help us repair the family car and cover vet bills

I'll be brief: Last night, some cars were vandalized in the neighbourhood, being left in a really bad state: Broken mirrors, windowshield, slashed tires... And since ours is an old model, parts are beyond pricey. I've sold everything i could sell, but the total money i got barely covers the handywork of the workshop. Honestly, i'm at my wits end.

On top of that, vet bills are piling, we got a dental for Bruno, our dog, that turned into a full on surgery and still hasn't been paid, we can barely afford the flea and tick prevention treatments and the time for our three cats' yearly health check is coming close. We already own a good amount for Bruno's surgery as well as some of the anti-parasite treatments, and don't want the bill to go any higher.

I'm really sorry, but this is of utmost importance, i don't know who to ask for help.
