PLEASE HELP ME RESTORE MY FAMILY HOME

Hi My name is La Toshia, 53 single mom/grandmother and I am reaching out for help to save the house that I have lived in since I was a year old. This house means so much to me and my girls as well as the many family members, relatives and friends that have found shelter and comfort when it is needed. The storm that hit San Diego on January 22, 2024 flooded my home and soaked 3/4 of the walls in the entire house and all of the carpet. My neighbors wall fell into my yard causing additional water to flow into my property. I am struggling to recover and of course, insurance does not cover. I live just outside of the zone that is offering assistance, and there does not seem to be any resources for those of us that live in the East County area. I am utterly devastated as I have no way to put my house back together and don't have the means to pay for the repair of the wall I'm being asked to help repair. Most of the walls and flooring needs to be replaced as well as a better drainage system installed. Anything and every little bit helps and would be appreciated beyond measure. Thank you so much!
