Please Help Us Support Cassandra's Final Journey

Hey guys. We come to you with heavy hearts to bring you the news of Cassie. Cassie has been given a devastating prognosis with her heart, lungs and other major organs failing. A few months ago she was given six months to live. Losing a child is an unimaginable pain, and we want to make every moment count by being close to Cassie during this time. We all want her to know that she does have people here who care about her and who want to help. We are turning to our friends, family, and community to help us with the financial burden of medical and funeral expenses. Her mother, and I will be making arrangements for what is to come. This is hard to explain and often at times hard to even believe.
