Please Help us with the Funeral for Michael Gause

Hi everyone my name is Markela and my Brother-in-Law Michael Gause passed away very suddenly just a couple of days ago. This was a very sudden and unexpected loss for our family, my sister, Anne, who is disabled is now the single caregiver and mother of an autistic child, Kalomira (Mira), and they are on a fixed income with no savings to pay for the costs associated with the funeral of Michael Gause her husband and father of her child.

Michael was a man that was full of life and had a heart of gold. If someone was in need and he had the ability he would help them. He truly lived a pay-it-forward or Christan lifestyle where if you have 2 of something you give one to those less fortunate. Even though he and my sister were disabled and on a fixed income they always did everything they could to help those less fortunate than them, especially those who needed a meal as they lived on the street.

Michael had been fighting to get his Social Security Disability which had been denied several times and at the time of his passing, he was on his second appeal. With all of this, both he and my sister Anne have no savings for unexpected situations such as this. We don't know how we can pay for the funeral and burial costs at this time without help. All funds donated to this fundraiser will be used to help Anne and Mira with the funeral and other expenses associated with the sudden loss of Michael. I too am disabled and am on a fixed income in addition to the fact that I am working towards a graduate degree so that in the future I may be in a better place to help others.

With all of this, I hope we can come together as a community at large to help them with honoring his memory. Thank You all for all your help and prayers in our family's time of sorrow and need.
