Please Help Vinny Live!

Vinny is a 10-year-old Bichon who has so many stones in his urethra and bladder that they could not be flushed out after many attempts.  So he has to have surgery or he will be unable to urinate and ultimately die.  He has an appointment with Dr. Hay at Veterinary Surgical Specialists in Tampa. The quote is $2300 - $2800.  We are a small rescue and we do not have the funds but we cannot let him die so we are begging for your help.  Vinny says thank you, and so do we!
