Please help me recover again!

Hi my name is Cristina, i am 43 years old and i thought i beat cancer a year ago

2 days ago i had a cervical spine surgery which gave me severe POTS and  left me disabled after surgery and need an extensive recovery for month or may  be years, i am a single mom and  have a 10 year old boy

Also woke up after surgery with symptoms of cancer they found a mass in my bladder:( Please help me fight this again as i lost my job and have no relatives here
