Please help with Brianna Jeffries funeral

Hello I am seeking help for Brianna Veronica Jeffries. She suffered long and when it was time to get a new liver transplant she passed away during surgery. she had a liver transplant at the age of three. This was her second transplant surgery. Brianna would've turned 18 on June 6,2021 and graduated High School on June 5, 2021. The family was unable to obtain insurance because of her condition. We are seeking your help. Anything will help!
