Please Help with Kratos surgery

Hi, my name is Ashley and I’m kratos mom. He’s a 2 year old Black tri merle pocket bully with the sweetest personality ever. Ever since I purchased him he’s been sick with multiple other illnesses since the day he landed in Edmonton Alberta from my breeder. I’ve spent well over $7500 this year on his vet bills, and I’m beyond overwhelmed with the new news that kratos needs immediate medical attention.

He has a urethral prolapse which was first brought to our attention when he was stolen from me last year for 97 days due to someone trying to take his semen when he was premature and was pretty much sexually assaulted because they tried to sell his premature semen to make a profit ( this person was arrested and charged) unfortunately it has grown and became worse since then. He is unable to urinate properly at the moment and is shooting blood all over from his penis and appears to be in a lot of discomfort. Kratos surgery is needed immediately! The estimated cost is $2500-$3000
