Please help Marsha Barton with medical expenses

Hi, my name is Wendy and I’m fundraising for Marsha Barton. On top of battling colon cancer for over 3 years she started having severe pain and numbness in her lower back, legs and feet. She was recently taken to Samaritan Medical Center where she was transferred to Albany Medical Center. They’ve diagnosed her with Spinal Stenosis. No surgery is needed at this time just pain medication and physical therapy. The doctor also told her she will be there for a while yet, because right now she still is unable to get up and walk. My brother and his wife, Marshas daughter are having to travel to Albany and stay there along with other family members. They don’t want their mother alone at all. They’re all missing work, including Marsha, and that’s putting extreme stress on her and the whole family. Right now stress is the last thing Marsha needs. She has been a huge part of our community for many years and still works for the town 35 years and counting. She also worked at the Jefferson County Sherriffs department for 27 years.
