Please help with dental implant surgery

Hello, I am trying to get some help with funding for my tooth. I went unconscious due to this Texas heat. If anyone is willing to help me I would appreciate it. I’m only 21 and they had to remove the tooth that broke, it is my front tooth so it’s effecting my over all quality of life.
