Please help Woodside Motocross Club!
Those of you that know Kim Boot will be aware that he has run a youth motorcycle (motocross) club for the past 25 years at Francis Combe Academy in Watford.
He set up the club to give young people a fun outlet for their energies on the proviso they stay out of trouble.
Unfortunately these fun times may be stopping with immediate affect thanks to whoever decided to break in and steal 9 motorcycles over the bank holiday weekend (April 2020) Totalling - £25k loss - 6 of these machines are brand new.!
This club means so much to children & parents. The club is run for 11-17 year olds who have not only been taught about motorbikes & riding safely but also so much more in terms of self confidence, respect, friendship & so much more. This is our chance to give back after Kim & his team have given so much to the community over the years!
The club charges next to nothing for kids to attend & does not have money in the bank to replace the bikes, insurance was also not an option in terms of affordability. So please spare anything that you can to help get the club back on track.
Thank you so much!
