Please help Wyatt's parents

Thank you for taking the time to read this. On June 16th, my best friend’s son ‘Wyatt’, who is 11 years old, was in West Virginia for only a few hours when he was critically injured in an accident. Then, Wyatt’s mother received a call that no mother ever wanted to hear. Her baby boy was being loaded onto a Life Flight to the children’s hospital in Morgantown, WV. Upon arrival, he was placed on life support. His internal injuries were the worse that the doctors had ever seen. He had contusions to his heart, a torn aorta, collapsed lungs, a tear on his esophagus, and today the news that he also suffered a brain injury/possible stroke. He was placed on an ECMO (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) machine to pump and oxygenate blood outside the body, allowing the heart and lungs to rest. This week he will be placed on a feeding tube. Wyatt will be having surgeries to repair his Aorta and Esophagus. Since this occurred in West Virginia, both of his parents are staying by his side, and they are not able to work as you can imagine. Medical bills will mount, but there is a need for food and lodging during this long road they have ahead. I’ve known Wyatt personally from birth, and he is a sweet little angel. Please donate with your heart and help. Again, thank you for taking your time to read this.
