HELP XTRA JOSH LIVE HIS LIFE WITHOUT PAIN.

ALOHA, My name is Rafael. I have known Josh for over 7 years. We have been very close friends since we met. I remember whenever I was going through some personal hard times AND Josh was there to listen and keep me in a positive state. That's what good friends are for. Josh has always been a kind-hearted easy-going person, if you met Him you know exactly what I am talking about. Josh is Always spreading his ALOHA wherever he Goes. He has always been into Surfing, Snowboarding and DJing. That was just until about 7 months ago. When his life was turned upside down.

Now his days are filled with PAIN, And many visits to the DR'S office and ER. Never knowing when the next attack will begin. A living nightmare to say the least.

It's been a really rough year for Joshua. Having a full hip replacement in September 2022. He then acquired a SI back injury that has gotten worse and worse. Next bilateral shoulder Pain, Thought to be rheumatoid arthritis. but no confirmation. Still a mystery.

And now Trigeminal Neuralgia and/or TMD Temporomandibular joint Dysfunction. Trigeminal Neuralgia is an Excruciating facial pain said to be the worst pain known to man. SOME SAY WORSE than Limb Amputation and Childbirth. TMD is also a very excruciating facial pain. Both of these conditions attack the face and cause pain in the eyes, nose and jaw with an electric-like pulse. Most often they are set off by a trigger, such as chewing, talking, eating or sometimes even just the wind Blowing.

From sun up to sundown, He deals with lower back and shoulder Pain. Trigeminal Neralgia and TMD Attack Many times a day . When they all are firing together, It's Pure Hell. He often CRIES himself to sleep on many Nights. He thanks the Lord for his wonderful girlfriend Miki. For her love, support and devotion.
