Please help Zafy with his life saving surgery

Hello, all good people,
My name is Zafy, and I am a Central Asian Shepherd. My breed dates back 5000 years, and we mainly protect herds from predators and are guard dogs.
Currently, I live on a small farm, where I take 24/7 care of all livestock and also my parents/family.
I am known in the neighborhood for my never-ending working capacity, endurance, and natural instinct for territory.
Although fearlessness towards large predators is my characteristic feature, I have to admit that yesterday, I feared for my life for the first time when my parent found me with a very bloated belly and not being myself.
I wasn’t complaining to them, but I could hardly walk and breathe, and I sure couldn’t do any of my duties. Even though I was trying to be strong, I am glad that they recognized that something was wrong with me, and they promptly took me to the hospital. It was a long drive because we had to head to the specialized clinic.
I was diagnosed with Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV or twisted stomach), which is a rapidly progressive life-threatening condition of dogs that requires immediate medical attention, followed by surgery. If untreated, the only option would be, ohh, I can’t even think about it, but I am sure you know what I meant.
I am very grateful to my parents that they chose the first option, even though it was quite a financial stretch for them. I know that the only extra money they had was for materials for the house they were building, and they sacrificed their own home to save my life. The only thing I can say is that I am thrilled that they decided to keep me with them and all my farm family.
I love my life with my family; we raise little piglets together. I am there when they are born and protect them from any danger or predator who could try to sneak in. We also have rabbits, quail, and happy free-ranged chickens who run freely, and I keep an eye on the sky to ensure that nothing gets to them. You should see me do my duties, guarding the whole space; nothing gets through me, so I cannot imagine who would protect them if I wasn’t there anymore.
Please help my parents recover financially from paying my hospital bill and move on with their dream while they are taking care of all the animals on the farm and love us all dearly.
I am sure we will all have a long, happy life on our little farm.
I thank all of you who can make any contribution towards my surgery cost, which will help my parents to keep the farm going.
