Please Help Zoltan Huszak (Husi) Beat Cancer!

This fundraiser is for Zoltan Huszak's (Husi) battle with cancer.

He would describe himself as a "Free Spirited Motorcycle Dude", I'd describe him as humble, kind and a generous friend. He might not be the loudest person in the crowd, but you can always count on him if you need help.

He is single, introverted and would never ask for help, therefore we need to be proactive.

Unfortunately, this is his time of need, so let's take the burden off of his shoulder financially so he can fight his battle!

This is his story:

Husi was born in Hungary and has been living in Jacksonville for the past 20+ years. He is a stellar member of our local Hungarian community, always present on all occasions. I just love his sarcastic jokes and his dancing moves - if you have seen them before, you know what I'm talking about!:) After his divorce, he embraced his single life and enjoys riding his bikes and hunting occasionally - has a life all men in their early 50s dream of having. He is a great trim carpenter and as long as he was able to work, it provided a steady income for him.

In the past 2 years partly due to Covid and part just life, we didn't see each other and only found out from friends that Husi is battling with stomach cancer. He has lost a great amount of weight, can only accept food through a feeding tube and currently going through chemo treatment. His elderly Mother lives overseas and he is trying to do this on his own, something we can not let happen!

Obviously, his ability to work is very limited and is expected to worsen while he is under treatment, and before he can gain his health back again.

If you have the means and ability to help lighten the load for Husi, any support would be greatly appreciated. All your donation goes directly to him and will be used for treatment and living expenses.

Huszak Zoli (Husi) baratunknal egy ideje sajnos gyomorrakot diagnosztizaltak. Az elmult 2 evben reszben ritkan talalkoztunk, ezert is dobbentunk meg amikor hallottunk, hogy sokat fogyott es szilard taplalekot nem is tud enni. Egyenlore probaljuk kitalalni, hogy milyen modon tudnank Neki a legtobbet segiteni, ha mar az elet ugy hozta, hogy Amerikaban egyedul el 20+ eve. Szerencsere sok a barat, az ismeros es bizom benne mindenki pontosan tudja ellenkezo esetben Husi is biztosan mindent tole tellhetot megtenne. Szamitok az osszes magyar baratra Flroridabol, New York-bol vagy barhonnan a vilagbol akit valaha osszehozott a sors Husival.

Jelenleg Kemo kezeles alatt all, ezzel egyidejuleg sem fizikai ereje sem egyeb kapacitasa nincs arra, hogy massal fogalkozzon mint magara figyeljen, pihenjen. Ez a tamogatas gyujtes azt szandekozik megoldani, hogy legalabb a megelhetesevel ne kelljen foglalkoznia, minden adomany Hozza megy egyenesen orvosi es egyeb szamlak fedezesere.

Tudom es remelem, hogy mint mar annyiszor korabban is ossze tudtunk fogni mi magyarok ennel sokkal kissebb dolgok erdekeben is, most mindeki odateszi magat, mert muszaj!

Idos Edesanyja Magyarorszagon el es szimplan csak nem hagyhatjuk, hogy a Husi ezzel a betegseggel egyedul probaljon meg megkuzdeni. Segitseget ezidaig sem kert, ha rajta mulna nem is kerne a jovoben sem, de ez most nem opcio! MEGYUNK, VISSZUK, HOZZUK, GYUJTUNK!
