PLEASE HELP!!Kasturi's Kidney Transplantation

I, Shubhamoy Banerjee am writing this to you in desperation to urge for help for my wife Smt. Kasturi Banerjee who is suffering with CKD V (Last Stage)/ Kidney Damage . She was affected with the disease back on 2019. In the beginning we consulted Dr. Susanta Sengupta MBBS,MD(MED)at EEDF Medicare Center he referred to Dr. Pratik Das MD,BNB,DM( Nephrology) and the doctor prescribed us to make her further treatments with medicines and that was also working, her Serum Creatinine level was under control for few months, but in 2020 the creatinine level got out of control because of fatigue whatever she used to consume she used to vomit everything out and during that period of time(during first lockdown period for COVID- 19) we first consulted Dr. Purabi Mukherjee (Gynecologist) before proceeding for further treatments she prescribed so many tests for knowing the exact problem. After getting the reports she referred to a Nephrologist for further treatment. At that time the hemoglobin level was 4 and due to the pandemic situation we did not make a physical checkup at any doctors’ chamber, we again consulted and forwarded all the reports to Dr. Pratik Das on virtual consultation. He suggested an immediate hospitalization for the patient and suggested for blood PRBC transfused and at that time he suggested us the future treatment that is to take four or five dialysis and go for a Kidney Transplant. But we were not ready for that. Again we consulted Dr. Arghya Majumdar MD, DNB,MRCP(UK) Director of AMRI Hospital for further treatment under medicine and also suggest us for a AVF operation on the hand. She was also admitted at AMRI Dhakuria for AVF operation under the surveillance of Dr. Arghya Majumdar. During that period her creatinine level was high and hemoglobin level was low. Then again she was admitted to Charnok Hospital due to non-availability of general beds in AMRI Hospital. Dr. Arghya Majumdar referred Dr. Piyali Sarkar and she was admitted under the supervision of Dr. Piyali Sarkar for 2 unit PRBC Transfused and 4 SD done during that period. Charnok hospital is so far from our residence that is why we went to KPC Medical College and Hospital for further dialysis under Dr. Upal Sengupta. Currently she takes Dialysis twice a week and she remains indisposed for the whole week within. During this period, she also took 2 units of PRBC Transfused. As her age is very less the doctor prescribed her for a Kidney Transplant, but we are financially very weak, it will be impossible for me to run the expensive treatment of transplantation. As I am the only earning member in my house and I have a son who studies in class12. In this situation it is impossible for me to run the transplantation expenses and her body is getting weaker day by day by taking that painful dialysis.

That is the only reason with my polite dedication if you can provide us the transplantation cost and post transplantation cost by raising funds. We got an estimate that the pre- and post-operative will exceed more than 40Lacs ($62,000), and for a middle-class family like ours it is impossible to bear such a huge amount. If you help us then our family will be relieved and a life will be saved. If you come forward to help us then we will be ever grateful to you!
