Please Save Khaled and Nana’s Family In Gaza

Donation protected
Hello all, my name is Jess Rapoza from the USA. I am raising money on behalf of my friend Jehad Kessab and his family in Gaza.

Please see his story below:

Dear merciful souls,

I am hoping you will read my story with love and understanding. I look at you from under this war, through the constant bombings that no human can comprehend until they are living it.

I am Jehad Kassab , a lawyer and legal consultant from Gaza City - Palestine. I have been working in the legal profession for a long time, and I had a good career until war and destruction befell us. I had a private law office, but the Israeli planes completely destroyed it along with all belongings. I had built it after many years of toil, and it was my only source of livelihood.

My beautiful family consists of my wife who is a nurse, my 2.5 year old son Khaled , and my 1.5 year old daughter Intesar. My children have only experienced the horrors of war instead of the beauty of life.

Khaled

Intesar (Nana)

Our home was completely destroyed at the beginning of the war, and we were unable to bring any belongings when we were forced to flee. No clothes, food, or any other supplies were saved.

The remains of our home:

We were briefly displaced to southern Gaza and have stayed in tents until this moment. We were forced to evacuate multiple times for the safety of our children, as sickness and contamination are common here. We are still living in the harshest type of genocide in the full sense of the word: displacement, destruction, bombardment, pollution, epidemics, and the difficulty of sleeping due to the constant sound of planes and bombings . We have become hopeless and weary. I am afraid for my family.

This is our tent:

Things are so bad that my son has learned to say the word for “bombing”, which no child should ever have to know or think about at such a young age. He should be playing with his sister, and sleeping safely in his bed.

I cannot list all the details, because an entire newspaper will not be enough. Television screens and social networking sites are enough to tell you what you need to know about us…we just want to survive this and live happily once again. We do support any form of war, or violence.

In this moment of despair, I reach out to you, not just as a stranger, but as a human being, connected by our common humanity and compassion. Your support can make an immeasurable difference in the lives of those struggling to find hope amidst the rubble.

We are raising funds to cross the border and rebuild, and they are as follows.:
  •  5000$ for the myself
  •  5000$ for my wife
  •  2500$ for my son Khaled
  •  2500$ for my daughter Intesar

Any remaining money will be used for living expenses during these hard times. We appreciate any and ALL donations and are very grateful to those who read and share our story. Please don’t forget about us.
Thank you.

*Any donations received will be transferred daily to the Kessab family via PayPal*
