Please Save My Boy Blue

I'm fundraising to save my dog Blue. I was walking him at my apartment complex and a car drove right over him while he was walking next to me. I was able to cover the $1551 to stabilize him. It's been a few hours and the swelling in his brain is fluctuating,he is able to move around. There is a giant gash above his eye, his skull is visible. they told me to apply for care credit for 5k but I was denied. He's had an x-ray to determine if there is any internal bleeding and it came back okay. really I need to cover his surgery and being monitored and given the IV that keeps his brain swelling down. He is the only family I have, the only love I have in this world. I have no family, no more money, I have endured so much hardship in the last few years. I will break if I can't do everything I can to save him. please help me save the only one I have in my life that loves me. I need him.
