Early Monday morning, Corey Jacobson passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Corey was married to his wife, Brittany. They have two beautiful boys, Brady (9) and Nolan (7).
Corey was a dedicated, loving father, husband, son, brother, and friend. Corey loved life and has shown each of us that we should be present in each moment.
With all the emotional pain and stress death brings, it also brings financial burdens. In lieu of flowers, we are trying to raise money for Brittany and her sweet boys to help with any costs that will incur and to help wherever needed.
The family thanks you for the calls, text messages, prayers, and love. It is in these times of loss and sadness when you see people coming together to help one another make it through and to support the people we care for.
In memory of Corey, we will be having a celebration of life on 1/23 in Port St. Lucie.
