Dan Zuber & family

On Friday, September, 30th, Dan had heart attack-like symptoms while coaching a middle school basketball game. Many first responder parents in attendance jumped into action. Within minutes, he was taken to the hospital nearby via ambulance. After multiple “all clear” tests, it was apparent to the ER doctor that Dan needed further testing. He went for a CAT scan and then was airlifted to UK Hospital (which is only 30 miles away by car). He arrived at UK ER and was quickly being prepped for emergency surgery. He spent 14 hours in the OR with a team of 3 cardiothoracic Drs- they called it the all-star treatment. It was such a unique case and has become the talk of the hospital deemed nothing short of miraculous by all medical staff. Through every step, GOD has been showing up!

The outpouring of love for Dan and his family has been amazing! Please continue to shower them in prayers, love, and support. Knowing that Dan has a lengthy recovery ahead of him, we want to also offer some financial assistance to the family.
