Please support Gio Adame in his fight

Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

It is with a humble heart that I write this message in the hopes that you can join me in helping Gio Adame in the fight for his life. My name is Myrna Hong (Adame) and I am Gio's older sister.

Gio was brought to the Emergency Room by our younger brother Yosio at St Francis Memorial Hospital SF last Wednesday. Gio was suffering from acute stomach pain. His condition quickly deteriorated and he has been in the ICU since, due to pancreatitis and multiple organ failure. Although he is still unconscious we are by his side speaking kind words of encouragement and strength. He is still undergoing a battery of tests with multiple specialists to determine the best action moving forward. We are extremely grateful that he is receiving critical care but understand that the situation is still serious.

Gio is a fighter and we know that he is giving his all right now. We do not know what the future holds, but we remain steadfast in our hope despite the uncertainties and pray for a full recovery.

Gio is uninsured. Due to the treatment he has received and his current ongoing treatment, he and our family will be dealing with significant expenses. Any donation you provide will go directly to my brother’s medical expenses. We pray that he can be transitioned out of the ICU and to a road of recovery.
