Please support Riley in his hour of need ❤️‍

With the permission of Riley, we have been asked to create this gofundme to raise much needed funds to help him contribute towards the burial costs of his late father, Duane Bradley Mourish Snr who passed away at the beginning of September 2024.

Riley has been through more than most in his 16 years of life. He lost his mum in December of 2017, after a yearlong battle with Leukemia. Riley has been in our grandmother’s care since his mum passed away. Riley has no income or capacity to contribute towards the costs of his dad’s funeral and what an immensely difficult situation to be in at such a young age.

Not only has Riley effectively been orphaned by the passing of both of his parents, but he has also lost all four of his siblings. His parents lost their first child to SIDS at five weeks old, his 6-year-old sister tragically passed away in a car accident in 2009 and both of his older brother’s died by suicide in 2013 and 2018. It is impossible to describe the immense heartache Riley has endured in his young life so far.

As his older cousin, I am hopeful that our wider family and community would be willing to assist Riley, by making a donation, to contribute to the funeral of his beloved dad.
