Please support the family of Vel Miguel

Marivel "Vel" Miguel was electrifying, energetic, compassionate and a beacon of love and light to everyone she came in contact with. In recent years, Vel and her family experienced devastating and unexpected loss of her soulmate and husband Jun Miguel, her father-in-law, her mother-in law, and her father. Now, the family is experiencing indescribable grief due to the untimely death of Vel, who passed away on November 8, 2023 from a catastrophic medical event. Vel's family has not recovered from the financial burden of burying other family members, and now is faced with uncertain financial obligations related to Vel's end-of-life medical care and funeral costs.

Vel helped others, even during her own grief, pain and uncertainty about the future. She showed up with grace, a smile and an energy that made others happy and at ease. It's our time to show up for her and her family and give in support of a woman who persevered until the end.

Donations will go towards expenses related to Vel’s untimely passing, such as medical and funeral expenses. The donations will be held in a trust account until distributed.
