With the grace of Allah, we intend to construct a mosque of Allah dedicated to our Muslim community that holds the potential to transform lives and foster unity among Muslims in our locality.

Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "Whoever builds a masjid for the pleasure of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise."

Our foremost endeavor is to establish a House of Allah masjid that will steadfastly accommodate the five obligatory prayers for our Muslim community while also facilitating the expansion of our religious education programs. We have located a site near a market and a densely populated Muslim residential area. Remarkably, there are no existing masjids in the vicinity, leaving a void in the community's spiritual needs, especially among the children and youth lacking Islamic knowledge.

By the will of Allah, our vision is to establish a comprehensive setup that offers classes, programs, and a variety of activities dedicated to enriching the Islamic knowledge of the youth. Currently, we observe a concerning trend of many young individuals drifting away from the path of Islam due to a lack of encouragement and proper education. To address this issue, we aim to implement a structured curriculum where the teachings of the Quran and the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad are consistently imparted, fostering unity within the Ummah.

We humbly seek your support and generous contributions towards acquiring the site for the masjid, which will serve as your charitable contribution and a thriving legacy for generations to come. Our initial fundraising goal is $26,000 to secure the land and commence the masjid's construction.

We understand that raising these funds poses challenges, but we firmly believe that even the smallest effort can significantly impact. If you cannot contribute financially, we kindly request that you share our cause with your friends, family, and social networks to raise awareness and garner support. Furthermore, we offer the opportunity for anyone to purchase a piece of land permanently for the masjid, either for themselves or in honor of a departed loved one. This act of charity will serve as a heartfelt gift on behalf of the beloved who responded to the call of Allah. With the blessings of Allah and the unity of the community, we can create a place of worship and education that will stand as a beacon of guidance for generations to come.

A man said to Prophet Muhammad ((ﷺ): “My mother died all of a sudden without making any will. If (she could have the opportunity) to speak, she would have made a Sadaqa. Would there be any reward for her if I give charity on her behalf? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Yes. (Al-Bukhari, no. 1388; Muslim, no. 1004)

May Allah accept your generous donation on behalf of others and grant you abundant rewards until the Day of Resurrection! May He alleviate all hardships from your life and bestow eternal happiness upon you and your loved ones in this world and the hereafter.

Indeed, charity is one of the precious rewards accompanying us even beyond the grave. As our children and brothers continue to study and pray in this masjid and school, and as the wider community benefits from their knowledge, it will serve as an ongoing charity (sadaqah) for all of us, by the will of Allah.

For the convenience of all of us to understand the expenses, we have estimated the total costs as follows:

• Land cost: $22,000

• Area for the building: 300 people * 7.5 sqft per person = 2250 sqft

• Construction cost for the tin shed building (2250 sqft): $4000

• Total cost for the mosque (300 people): $22,000 + $4000 = $26,000

• Approximate cost per person: $86.67
