Help a couple of good guys get off the streets

My little brother Joseph and the gentleman he looks after are on the streets. Please help them get off the streets. Nobody deserves the help more, he's been looking after his friend, a 61 year old double amputee, since he met him almost 2 years ago. He's about as selfless as they come!
The gentleman he looks after, Jose, is just a genuinely sweet old man. He lost both legs due to diabetes, and on top of that he lost use of his left arm due to a stroke, so he needs help toto dodo anything at all from going to the bathroom, to moving around in his chair since he doesn't have an electric wheel chair.
