Please-please Help! Extremely rare liposarcoma

Meet Mike,
A few weeks ago, about six weeks ago he thought he had an injured adductor, then after some prodding he had it MRI'ed, then ct scanned and finally biopsied and it was found to be an aggressive liposarcoma.
He is in constant pain, take a large cantaloupe cut it in half the stick that on you upper inner thigh and you have an idea. He can hardly walk it is growing super aggressively, he eats but is malnourished meanwhile. He works a humble minimum wage job where he inspires and helps others. however he lives hand to mouth, and says he cant spare time off but you can see the pain in his eyes.
He needs to take a leave of absence but won't because he will have no money to live on, his trailer is falling apart, his car is one prayer away from quitting on him plus the registration on his car is now expired, he needs a newer dependable car to drive 150 miles for treatment at Huntzman in Salt Lake, he his computer gave up the ghost and he has no-one to help him. He has NO insurance and has racked up over 30k already in simple diagnostics, and treatment hasn't even started, he is dire straights, but he should not be worried about bills or a broke-down car or groceries, he should not have to choose between paying the heating bill over buying a supplement that would help in healing.
It is hard to convey weight of character or beauty of soul in a few short sentences, especially when soliciting money, there are many cons that prey on the sympathies of others, But this is honest-to-god genuine and real he has all documentation to back it, he is desperate and he is suffering and if there ever was a deserving person, he is it, he is so caring and inspiration to those around him; Please, he is needed and loved!
