Plus61 is a restaurant based in Marrakech run by Cassandra Karinsky, Sebastian de Gzell and chef Andrew Cibej.

Like everyone in Marrakech, we are desperately trying to get relief to the families most affected in the High Atlas villages, who were at the epicenter of the earthquake on September 8 2023. As a local restaurant we are ideally situated to supply both food medical supplies and funds to the right organizations and authorities on the ground. We are doing all we can and any help will be greatly appreciated.

As Morocco is not a supported GoFundMe country, funds will be sent to the US account of Sebastian de Gzell, one of our managing partners, from which they will be transferred to the restaurant account in Morocco and used to either purchase food supplies and medical goods and/or contributed to existing organizations on the ground. We will keep a transparent record of this.
