Adam D. Nevells Memorial Fund
Donation protected
We are asking your help to ensure that Adam’s fund continues to provide scholarships to young people who can realize the hopes and dreams that the fatal car accident stole from Adam for many years to come.
Loosing Adam to a fatal car accident in front of his High School after a Football game was devastating to his family and a community he was loved by and was such a huge part of. Adam only had seventeen years with us. In this short time with us Adam touched a wide cross-section of groups and people. As a student athlete Adam was both the varsity captain of the high school wrestling & water polo teams. He also was a member of the High School Bands & TV Studio, a Boy Scout Eagle Scout candidate, an active as youth member at large at church.
Death is such a final action. Adam’s family searched for a way to keep Adam’s memory and spirt alive. The Adam D. Nevells Memorial Fund was established to provide annual scholarships to the four areas Adam loved and impacted - Athletics, Music, Boy Scouts, and Church. Each year Adam’s Memorial fund has provided scholarships to many very outstanding young people and youth church programs. Even after his death Adam’s love for life and his spirit continues to live on. As of march 2015 Adam’s fund has provided some 24 individual grants totaling more than $20,000.
Any donation no matter how small will help us ensure that Adam’s fund continues to provide scholarships to young people who can realize the hopes and dreams that the fatal car accident stole from Adam for many years to come. Since 2009 Adam’s fund has grown to over $60,000, to ensure that the Fund can continue to keep Adam’s memory alive and provide for generations to come.
