Old Racer's COPD & Heart Failure

I have COPD, damaged limbs and chronic heart failure which is getting worse daily, leaving me badly short of breath and weak. Required medications cost me expensive co-pays.  Plus the heart doctor bills and procedures upcoming. I have had to set a new target to reflect these conditions....  Social Security doesn't nearly cover expenses.  I am grateful for any help!
