Funeral and Travel Expenses

I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my close friend Seritha Turner.

On July fourth, Sertiha and her family received news no one wants to receive. Their beloved brother, son, and uncle, Travis Turner was a victim of a nightlife shooting at VYPZ Lounge in Fort Lauderdale Florida while out with his friends. This senseless shooting took Travis' life and the suspect is still at large.

Travis was only 29 years young and was a Jamaican-born immigrant who came to Florida to start his own business. Travis built his mobile mechanic business called Turner’s Mobile Care in 2022. Travis was hardworking, kind, and best known for taking care of his friends and family, whom he spent all of his free time with.

Seritha is from Jamaica and has traveled to Florida to be with her mother during this difficult time. Between flights, funeral expenses, and taking time off of work, there has been a huge financial strain on their family. The funds raised through this GoFundMe will support Seritha and her family financially, as they mourn the loss of Travis.
