Sal Turturici's & Family

Sal has worked for the FDNY as an EMT for over 15 years. He has sadly been diagnosed with stage IV Metastatic Neuroendocrine Cancer. Although his disease is directly related to his time working at Ground Zero, Sal has been unable to qualify for any World Trade Center retirement benefits due to a pension issue with NYCERS. Due to this issue Sal will loose his paycheck shortly. This has been absolutely devastating to Sal and his family. His wife, Wendi also works as an EMT and together they have Lillyanna 6, and 4 year old twins Rocco & Salvatore.
