Manchester ENT Oncology Recovery Support
Donation protected
Earlier this year I was diagnosed with stage 2 Thyroid Cancer - the care that I have been receiving by the team at a number of Manchester hospitals has been incredible.
Even though I am still undergoing treatment, I feel that I want to give something back to the team who have supported me and that is why I have decided to do some fundraising for MENTORS (Manchester Ear, Nose and Throat Oncology Recovery Support.)
MENTORS exists to provide a community for those affected by head and neck cancer and those who are by their side.
My aim is to raise £500.00 by walking from Blackpool Tower to Lytham Windmill which is approximately 13km (for those of you that know me well, exercise isn’t my biggest forte so this is a challenge!) The date I will be doing this is Sunday 19th November.
Any donation would be greatly received and forwarded onto MENTORS whilst they continue to work so hard with their other fundraising events throughout the year.
Thank you so much
