PNG's most recent domestic violence victim
Donation protected
The response and subsequent support has been amazing so far to the vicious assault of one of PNG's former top athletes and member of our female boxing team who was attacked by her abusive husband in front of her kids.... she was repeatedly head butted and bashed across the head with a hot clothes iron...
The kids filmed it.....
Originally I was adamant that no names be mentioned in order to provide the victim with some anonymity and security from retribution and but since his page was started, the victim Debbie Kaore has bravely made herself public.
Debbie is a Pacific Games gold medallist, former PNG rugby team captain and a mother.....
Please believe me when I say that the footage was the single worst thing I have ever seen or hope to see in my life....
The victim, Debbie is still in need of funds to help cover medical costs In the short term and in the long term to help provide a safer place to live for her and her small family and legal case to hopefully put this monster away for a long time.....
We are all extremely grateful for the support so far and I plan to end this fundraiser at the end of this month....
Any contribution you can make by way of donation or simply by sharing this would be greatly appreciated by the Kaore family and in turn the women in PNG whom we aim to also help by exposing this horrible practice and forcing discussions for change.....
Thanks
