HELP Shannon beat Cancer!!

Hi, my name is Leigh Ann McDaniel Davis. I have set up a Go Fund Me account for my cousin Shannon. Shannon Stevens-Myers of French Camp, MS, has been diagnosed with Stage 3 C1 Endometrial cancer. She is a cosmetologist and small business owner with a salon in French Camp, where she has been a lifelong resident. She is also a Choctaw County Election Commissioner.

She recently underwent surgery during which her doctors discovered the cancer had metastasized to a lymph node. Treatment will consist of 6 chemotherapy sessions that will be administered every 21 days. That is 18 weeks of treatment that begins April 29, 2024. After chemo she will start radiation that will be 5 days a week for several weeks. She will be out of commission and unable to work as she recovers.

Shannon is a wonderful person. She is kind, compassionate, beautiful, witty and has a heart of gold. Anyone that has ever met her knows exactly what I am talking about. She is a devoted mom to 4 beautiful daughters, Maryanna and Amelia are grown and married, and the younger two are still in high school. Kaydence (a senior) and Laura-Brooke (a sophomore) are financially dependent on Shannon. Their father passed away when both were small children. Shannon also has two young granddaughters she refers to as "the joy of my life!"

Please help Shannon and her girls as she receives treatment in the weeks and months ahead so she can concentrate on healing and being fully restored to her family and work. She will be traveling from French Camp to Jackson (which is 90 miles away) for her treatments. Shannon knows I would go to the ends of the earth for her. She's my ride or die.
