POC Woman Owned Pole & Yoga Studio in Durham,NC

Since March 2016, Nakiyah Webber has been entertaining and educating individuals, including athletes,  of all ages, races, sexes, and shapes through inclusive yoga and pole fitness classes within her mobile business, Nakiyah Chanel Yoga and Pole Fitness. 



Nakiyah Chanel Yoga and Pole Fitness (www.NakiyahChanelYoga.com) was created because of the need to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere for fitness and movement, while bringing life changing experiences to the children, athletes, and the everyday person who has forgotten their beauty or just hasn't discovered it yet. Nakiyah uses yoga, sensual movement, and pole fitness group classes/private lessons to help build the confidence of others because they deserve to "feel on top of the world." 

Nakiyah currently offers 6 mobile pole, floor movement, and yoga classes per week at a local Non-Profit Durham dance studio, Motiv8 Inc, as well as private lessons from her home studio. Her group and private classes cater to the needs of her client's mind, body, and pockets. Yes! She strives to offer the best competitive pricing for her clients because she strongly believes that they should not have to empty their pockets in order to find a place to heal. 



While always striving for success with her 'go-getter' personality and work ethic, 2019/early 2020 kicked off Nakiyah's creativity into high gear. She birthed her very own inclusive pole showcase, The Aerial Allure Pole & Talent Showcase (www.NakiyahChanelYoga.com/Aerial-Allure), which travels year-round to from Durham,NC, Charlotte,NC, and Atlanta,GA, as fellas launching her very own, curvy-body friendly pole wear line, Medusa Polewear (www.MedusaPolewear.com). 



With these new found successes, years of education and training, and the high attractions from loyal family,friends, and newcomers, Nakiyah Chanel  Yoga and Pole Fitness is finally bursting at the seams! Now we are excited to finally break new grounds! In order to continue to provide high quality, and safe training and education on the pole and the mat, Nakiyah Chanel needs a space to house all of these wonderful classes!

Towards the end of 2019, that space has been found and Nakiyah needs your help! Nakiyah Chanel  Yoga & Pole Fitness needs to raise $12,000 in order to move and construct it's own space in Durham,NC as the only Black Woman Owned pole and yoga studio in Durham. 

With your help, Nakiyah will be able to open her studio within the next 2 months and continue to offer a safe space for individuals to come to, move, and break away from all the barriers keeping them from being their best self.
