Pochi's end of life care

*UPDATE*

As many of you know, Pochi's cancer came back, and it's time for him to leave this earthly realm. I'm devastated and have been just gutted for more than a year when I received the news that there was nothing more that we could do. He's lasted longer than any of us could have imagined, and I hope to allow him to pass on at home instead of an unfamiliar veterinary office. If you can help in any way possible, even if that means just thinking of us, praying for us, or lighting a candle, I appreciate it.

I'm very sad to say that Pochi's cancer may have returned... He once again has to have surgery to remove a potential cancerous growth that is growing at the site of his previous amputation. I'm of course devastated but also really hopeful that it may not be cancerous as it is presenting differently than his last cancer. I'm hoping that I'll be able to have as much time with my best friend as I can and this surgery will hopefully make that a reality. They don't know if it's cancer quite yet but it is growing pretty quickly and the site is very red and swollen. Surgery has to happen soon or the site will begin to ulcerate. It's heartbreaking to think that the cancer may be back so we are hoping for the best. The surgery cost is of course going to be high and I'm humbly asking for any and all help possible. Surgery is set to happen November 8th and half of the total surgery amount is required to book the appointment. Total surgery amount is $2233.00 so the booking amount is $1117.00

I'm so grateful for everyone who donated to Pochi's first surgery and I'll forever be grateful to those who are able to donate to this one as well.
