Poggio, Copita & Convivo Employee Assistance Fund
Donation protected
Friends and family of Poggio, Copita and Convivo, we are asking you for help.
These past few weeks were the most challenging we’ve ever faced. While we support the actions our government has taken to enforce social distancing and stem the spread of the coronavirus, our restaurants can no longer welcome guests into our dining rooms and have converted to take-out only in an attempt to stay open for our communities.
Because we no longer generate nearly the revenue necessary to keep our entire staff employed, over 100 members of our families who helped make our restaurants such a special experience are in need of your help.
Through these challenging times, we are hoping to raise $100,000 to assist with covering the cost of health care, replace missing wages, and generally support our hourly employees however we can. We feel unbelievably blessed to have had the love and support of our communities. You've celebrated with us and commiserated with us, through the good times and setbacks, but now we are asking for your help.
Please remember that behind every pizza and taco and bowl of pasta is a whole team of people who live and breathe hospitality. A barista who gets there before dawn, a prep cook who breaks down the produce, a line cook who makes the pasta from scratch, a host who greets you with a smile, a favorite server who guides your experience and remembers your birthday, a bartender who knows just how you like your negroni, and a dishwasher who keeps it all moving. 100% of all donations will be divided among our hourly employees.
We thank you all for your time, consideration, and donation. We cannot wait to be back, stronger than ever.
