Poki Tako burglary & vandalism

Hi my name is Chef Randy Tapia. I am a small business owner in Santa Fe New Mexico. On Monday 6/27/22 my food truck Poki Tako was broken into and vandalized. Several expensive items were stolen. They also damaged my doors and windows. I’ve only been open since December 21st. So we are still fairly new. My business insurance was the wrong coverage. So unfortunately none of our losses will be covered by my insurance.
