Friends of Chaffee County Fire Polaris Fundraiser

Friends of The Chaffee County Fire Protection District, Firefighters, Inc is holding a fundraiser to purchase a Polaris Ranger Crew UTV for the Chaffee County Fire Protection District.  This unit will be equipped with fire suppression capabilities,
basic emergency medical and extraction equipment and will facilitate insertion
of up to 4 fire personnel into remote backcountry areas, otherwise in-accessible with conventional fire apparatus.  We are asking every household/ property 
owner in the Chaffee County Fire District to consider donating to help us acquire this vehicle to meet increasing demand for emergency response in rugged
backcountry terrain as well as in our more populated areas that might have
challenging access .  The Polaris will greatly enhance our firefighters’ capabilities
to further protect life and property in the Chaffee County area.
The "Friends" is a registered 501 C3 organization so all contributions are tax
deductible. We appreciate your support of the fire district to help make Chaffee
County safer for all of us!!
