Police Cpl. Daniel Stickney Jr.

With deepest sorrow, Daniel Stickney has unexpectedly begun his eternal life with our Lord. Dan, 49, of Ridley Township, PA passed on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. He has left behind his wife Kara, (25 years), and sons Daniel and Shane. Dan was a great husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He was a dedicated Police Cpl. with the Rising Sun Maryland Department (15 yrs) and had a total of 25 years in law enforcement. Dan would drop anything at anytime to help anyone. When Dan wasn't working he spent most of his time cheering on his sons, at the baseball or soccer fields. His love for his friends and family was parallel to his love for race cars. If he wasn't at a ball field, he was in his garage. Dan had one of the biggest hearts you could find, although because of his rough exterior, you had to get to know him and once that occurred, you were family.
