On behalf of Chris' family, the Temple University Police Association will be gathering donations for our fallen hero, who was shot and killed in the line of duty while valiantly arresting a violent and dangerous criminal.

Officer Fitzgerald was a loving husband, father, friend, and public servant whose dedication to his family and community was unmatched. Officer Fitzgerald loved being a police officer, and he will always be remembered for his fearlessness in fighting crime and his compassion for his community.

Chris leaves behind a wife and 4 children in addition to countless friends and family members. 

All donations will provide support for Chris and his family. This is the only fundraiser at this time.
