          My name is Dragan Krstović, I live in Schiller Park, Il, I come from Serbia and we know each other from there, we have been working as team drivers for the last three years and we are good friends from Serbia. I took this initiative to help his family across the ocean.
        With the collected help, we will pay the bill for transportation to his birthplace in Serbia (that bill costs 11,000 USD), and we will send the rest of the collected money to his family through the bank and we will always have proof of transactions.

I am in daily contact with beneficiarie and they  told me they are having a problem uploading  a  govement  id  properly  as you say ,or how you would like to be done ,or you cant read cyrillic alphabet, wich is mostly Serbian used ,all the ID documents are written in the same alphabet, if you have any updates please don't hesitate, thanks.
