Hoffnung für Gorjan: Ihre Hilfe zählt

Das Leben konfrontiert uns manchmal mit Herausforderungen die wir uns nie hätten vorstellen können. Unser Bruder Gorjan geboren am 26. April 1984 war immer eine Person voller Energie, Freude und Liebe zum Sport insbesondere zum Fitness. Sein Lächeln und sein fröhlicher Geist waren ein unverzichtbarer Teil unseres Familienalltags.

Doch alles änderte sich als wir am 28. September 2020 unseren Vater verloren. Dieser tragische Verlust hat Gorjan tief getroffen und bald darauf begann er gesundheitliche Probleme zu entwickeln, darunter Atembeschwerden. Obwohl die Ärzte zunächst sagten, dass alles in Ordnung sei - wurde die Situation bald viel ernster.

Nur 40 Tage später mussten wir uns einem weiteren Verlust stellen – unserem Schwager, zu dem Gorjan eine enge Bindung hatte. Dieser Verlust hat ihn emotional schwer getroffen und sein Gesundheitszustand verschlechterte sich rapide. Die Ärzte stellten fest, dass sein Herz übermässig stark arbeitete und verschrieben ihm Medikamente, um den Herzschlag zu verlangsamen. Doch bald wurde klar, dass eine dringende Operation notwendig war, da sich seine Aorta gefährlich erweitert hatte.

Die Operation war unerlässlich und Gorjan ging tapfer in diese - in der Hoffnung, dass die neue künstliche Aorta ihm die Rückkehr in ein normales Leben ermöglichen würde. Nach der Operation schien zunächst alles gut zu verlaufen. Wir konnten sogar mit ihm sprechen voller Hoffnung und Optimismus.

Leider traten nur eine Stunde später Komplikationen auf, die zu einem schweren Zustand führten. Gorjan leidet jetzt an fokaler struktureller Epilepsie und zerebraler Hypoxie infolge der postoperativen Komplikationen.

Gorjan befindet sich derzeit in einem Pflegeheim in Liederbach bei Frankfurt, wo er unter ständiger Betreuung steht. Sein Bruder Bojan kümmert sich hingebungsvoll um ihn und tut alles um ihm in diesen schwierigen Zeiten Unterstützung und Liebe zu bieten.

Unsere Familie sucht nun nach einer Lösung, die ihm eine Chance auf Genesung bieten könnte. Wir möchten Gorjan in eine Privatklinik bringen die fortschrittliche Stammzellentherapien und intensive Physiotherapie anbietet, was ihm helfen könnte, einige seiner Funktionen wiederzuerlangen und seine Lebensqualität zu verbessern.

Doch dafür brauchen wir Ihre Hilfe. Die Kosten für diese Behandlungen sind extrem hoch und wir können sie nicht alleine tragen. Život nas ponekad suočava s izazovima koje nismo mogli ni zamisliti. Naš brat, Gorjan, rođen 26. aprila 1984. godine, oduvek je bio osoba puna energije, radosti i ljubavi prema sportu, posebno fitnesu. Njegov osmeh i vedar duh bili su neizostavni deo svakodnevnice naše porodice.

Međutim, sve se promenilo kada smo 28. septembra 2020. godine izgubili našeg oca. Ovaj tragičan gubitak duboko je pogodio Gorjana, a ubrzo nakon toga počeo je da se suočava sa zdravstvenim problemima, uključujući otežano disanje. Iako su doktori tada tvrdili da je sve u redu, situacija je postala mnogo ozbiljnija.

Nakon samo 40 dana, suočili smo se s još jednim gubitkom – našeg zeta, s kojim je Gorjan bio izuzetno blizak. Taj gubitak ga je emocionalno slomio, a njegovo zdravstveno stanje se naglo pogoršalo. Lekari su otkrili da njegovo srce radi prekomerno, i prepisali su mu terapiju za usporavanje srčanog rada. Ali, ubrzo je postalo jasno da je potrebna hitna operacija jer mu se aorta opasno proširila.

Operacija je bila neophodna i Gorjan je hrabro ušao u nju s nadom da će mu nova, veštačka aorta omogućiti povratak normalnom životu. Nakon operacije, sve je izgledalo dobro. Čak smo i razgovarali s njim, punim nade i optimizma.

Nažalost, samo sat vremena kasnije, došlo je do komplikacija koje su dovele do teškog stanja. Gorjan sada boluje od fokalne strukturne epilepsije i cerebralne hipoksije kao posledice operativnih komplikacija.

Gorjan je trenutno u Domu u Liederbachu kod Frankfurta, gde se nalazi pod stalnom negom. Njegov brat Bojan se posvećeno brine o njemu i čini sve što može da mu pruži podršku i ljubav u ovim teškim trenucima.

Naša porodica sada traži rešenje koje bi mu pružilo šansu za oporavak. Želimo da Gorjana odvedemo u privatnu kliniku koja nudi napredne terapije matičnim ćelijama i intenzivnu fizikalnu terapiju, što bi mu moglo pomoći da povrati deo svojih funkcija i poboljša kvalitet života.

Ali za to nam je potrebna vaša pomoć.

Life sometimes confronts us with challenges we could never have imagined. Our brother, Gorjan, born on April 26, 1984, has always been a person full of energy, joy, and love for sports, especially fitness. His smile and cheerful spirit were an essential part of our family's everyday life.

However, everything changed when we lost our father on September 28, 2020. This tragic loss deeply affected Gorjan, and soon after, he began experiencing health problems, including difficulty breathing. Although the doctors initially said everything was fine, the situation became much more serious.

Just 40 days later, we faced another loss – our brother-in-law, with whom Gorjan was very close. This loss emotionally shattered him, and his health rapidly deteriorated. The doctors discovered that his heart was overworking and prescribed medication to slow his heart rate. But it soon became clear that an urgent operation was necessary because his aorta had dangerously expanded.

The operation was essential, and Gorjan bravely went into it, hoping that the new artificial aorta would allow him to return to a normal life. After the surgery, everything seemed to be going well. We even spoke with him, full of hope and optimism.

Unfortunately, just an hour later, complications arose, leading to a severe condition. Gorjan is now suffering from focal structural epilepsy and cerebral hypoxia as a result of postoperative complications.

Gorjan is currently in a care home in Liederbach near Frankfurt, where he is under constant care. His brother Bojan is devotedly taking care of him and doing everything he can to provide support and love during these challenging times.

Our family is now searching for a solution that could give him a chance to recover. We want to take Gorjan to a private clinic that offers advanced stem cell therapies and intensive physical therapy, which could help him regain some of his functions and improve his quality of life.

But we need your help to do this. The costs of these treatments are extremely high, and we cannot cover them on our own. That’s why we kindly ask you to donate and share this campaign with others if you are able. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to Gorjan’s recovery.
