Help Save Poppys Life as she fights FIP!

Hi my name is Alex and my 8 month old kitten Poppy was recently diagnosed with "Dry FIP".

Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) is a painful, incurable disease that’s nearly always fatal. However, over the past few years, thousands of cats have reportedly been cured of FIP by a new drug. The problem: the company that created this drug refuses to license it for use in animals out of fear that it could interfere with the research for use in humans. This has left desperate pet parents and vets around the world with no legal way to obtain it. With news spreading of its amazing efficacy, a black market in the drug grew quickly. Here in the US, an underground group of volunteers runs FIP Warriors. Through this group, we were able to connect with other FIP pet parents and get information about how to acquire and administer black-market GS-441524, the cure for FIP. Poppy will start dose 1 today 9/21, this regimen will be hard, we will be administering daily injections for at least 84 days followed by an 84 day observation period. We are hopeful as Poppy is a feisty strong little one we know she has it in her to beat this virus. We are so grateful for the possibility of a cure and for all of those who have helped us get to this point within the past 24 hours.

Our family is asking for your support due to the cost of this treatment. Between the medicine itself, monthly blood tests to track progress, supplies, and all of the care we have already received, this treatment will cost well over $7000-$9000+ out of pocket.
