
Pops for Champagne staff relief
Like so many other small businesses Pops for Champagne/Watershed has unfortunately had to furlough it’s entire staff, because of the circumstances surrounding covid-19. As owners of Pops for Champagne/Watershed, myself, Andy Poch and Craig Garafalo’s first concern, amid this forced closure of business, was the financial wellbeing of our employees. Our staff are some of the most loyal and passionate hospitality professionals we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Without their hard work and dedication to the job Pops for Champagne/Watershed would cease to exist. All of the necessary steps are in place for Pops for Champagne/Watershed to open once that time comes. Until that time we are humbly asking for you to donate whatever you can to our beloved staff that we can unfortunately not afford to pay. We look forward to a Champagne cheers with everyone celebrating a safe and healthy Chicago sooner than later.
