Por favor ayúdamos a conseguir lo necesario para mi hermano

Hola, mi nombre es Elisabeth Tepper y estoy acudiendo a todos para pedir la ayuda que sea posible para mi hermano Jack Tepper o Jackie (como lo conocen cariñosamente) y su familia, para cubrir los costos de tratamiento y cuidados.

Hace aproximadamente un mes, preparándose para una cirugía de cataratas, sus exámenos preoperatorios no fueron los mejores, así que el médico pidió nuevas pruebas que han resultado en que tiene DIABETES.

Mi hermano es el cuidador de mi Mami, Bodil, para quienes muchos ayudaron hace unos años cuando le dio COVID.

Bien... entre todos buscando de acá y de allá, con la ayuda de amigos, pudimos resolver algunas cosas.

Sin embargo, hace dos días todo se complicó.

¡Le dio un PRE-INFARTO, un ataque cardiaco!

Está actualmente en la unidad de cuidados cardiacos del Hospital Universitario de Caracas (Venezuela). Tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una cama allí porque mi cuñada trabaja en el Instituto Nacional de Higiene.

Para quienes viven en Venezuela... saben que el sistema de salud público NO está funcionando correctamente. Aunque los profesionales de salud hacen lo posible con lo que tienen.

Mi cuñada tiene que quedarse con él "por si hace falta algo" o todo.

TODO hay que comprarlo fuera del hospital... los insumos, los medicamentos, los materiales para las pruebas diagnósticas, los tratamientos...

El dinero que podamos recaudar por acá será utilizado para esto.

My sister-in-law has to stay with him "in case something is needed" or everything.

EVERYTHING has to be bought outside the hospital... the supplies, the medicines, the materials for the diagnostic tests, treatment...
